What is #BikeNYC?
For those of you who don’t know–you have probably already guessed–but, #BikeNYC is a popular hashtag for urban bicyclists in New York City. If you’re in the city and want to know the current state of biking in New York, you can just type #bikenyc into twitter and you’ll probably find someone tweeting about it. You’ll find pictures like this one above that I took last week, or you might here about some road conditions or some local politics surrounding bicycling in the city!
Check it out. I’ve also been using the hashtag #bikeNJ when I’m biking and tweeting about New Jersey bike information, so check that out as well if you’re in New Jersey.
